The Role
As we continue to expand and onboard more clients, we are seeking an Regulatory AI
Architect with deep subject matter expertise in regulatory compliance and non-financial risk
to help shape and deliver our solutions to our clients. This role is hands-on and
detail-oriented, suited to an SME who can engage deeply in the technical and regulatory
nuances while also building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Location: 5 days a week in office (Liverpool street, London, UK)
What You’ll Do
- Be the technical expert. Interpret and break down complex regulations, translating them into clear, structured requirements, logic and frameworks.
- Extract obligations and conduct compliance assessments, risk reviews, gap analyses.
- Work with product and engineering teams to embed regulatory logic into AI models.
- Review and validate AI agent outputs, serving as a Human-in-the-Loop to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience in compliance within non-financial risk, especially with experience in regulatory compliance or related roles within financial services.
- Backgrounds may include consultants who have worked with large financial services clients or compliance managers in financial institutions.
- An individual contributor who is hands-on and delivers high-quality work in an efficient manner.
- This is not an AML/FinCrime role and will not be suited for candidates with a primarily AML/FinCrime background. Broad and varied compliance experience preferred.
