How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Talent Acquisition Coordinator


    Duration: Till the end of the year

    Location: Uxbridge (3 days a week in the office and 2 remote)

    Pay rate: £42,425 per annum

    Hours: Full time


    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an integral part of our team by delivering the best experience for our candidates and Hiring Managers. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be working across multiple business units, gaining valuable TA experiences and insights with exposure to other Human Resource functions and COE’s.


    The TA Coordinator is a key partner to the Recruiters by coordinating / scheduling candidate interviews and providing systems and logistical support.


    As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

    • Creating detailed and complex candidate interview schedules
    • Managing and communicating any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter and interview team
    • Welcoming candidates on the day of their interview and ensuring a smooth interview process
    • Engaging in recruitment process improvement projects as appropriate
    • Partnership / collaboration with recruitment team to continuously improve interview processes
    • Assist with other projects around candidate support, recruitment, and onboarding process

    Education and must haves:

    • Bachelor's degree, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
    • At least one year of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition or Customer Service is preferred.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed.
    • Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems is preferred.
