We are looking for a a highly positive and approachable person who will own the entire front end of the sales process from first enquiry through to booked projects.

The Role
This is not just answering phones. You will be responsible for:
- Turning enquiries into qualified opportunities
- Guiding clients through early-stage decisions
- Producing budget estimates and proposals
- Managing follow-ups and keeping deals moving
- Supporting tenders and building relationships with contractors and architects
You are the first impression of the business and the person who keeps deals alive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Qualification
- Answer inbound calls and web enquiries
- Qualify leads using a structured script
- Understand project type, budget, and timeline
- Filter out poor-fit enquiries
2. Sales Coordination
- Provide initial budget costs and guidance
- Book site surveys for the technical team
- Prepare clients for next steps
3. Proposal & Sales Management
- Assist in building quotes and proposals
- Manage the pipeline from enquiry to close
- Follow up consistently until won or lost
- Keep CRM fully up to date
4. Tender & Business Development Support
- Assist with incoming tender enquiries
- Communicate with main contractors and architects
- Build relationships with repeat clients and partners
