The Role
Working across flagship London developments, you will take ownership of the full sales journey, delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Conducting high-quality viewings and showcasing premium properties
- Building strong relationships with buyers and providing expert guidance throughout the journey
- Proactively generating and following up on leads
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams
- Ensuring show homes and sales suites are presented to an exceptional standard
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in new homes sales or a similar property sales role
- Strong track record of achieving targets
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexibility to work weekends (1 in 4 weekends off)
