Our client is a well-established and highly regarded housebuilder with a strong presence across Worcestershire. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to work across multiple developments in the region.
The Role
Our client is seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to manage the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to completion. This is a key role within the business, responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service while achieving sales targets.
The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and will take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion on behalf of our client
- Conducting viewings and site tours across developments
- Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and guiding them through the purchase journey
- Proactively generating leads and following up on all enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records via CRM systems
- Working closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Ensuring show homes and sales areas are presented to a high standard
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by our client
Requirements
- Proven experience in new homes sales or property sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Well-organised with attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Warwickshire site
- Willingness to work weekends (with 1 in 4 weekends off)
