Primary Teaching Assistant - General Classroom & Intervention Support**

Aspire People are recruiting a knowledgeable and proactive **Primary Teaching Assistant** to support teaching and learning across a primary setting. This role is ideal for someone confident supporting the curriculum and delivering targeted interventions to raise pupil attainment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both whole-class learning and focused group work.

**The Role:**
* Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
* Delivering small group interventions in Maths and English
* Providing occasional 1:1 support where required
* Supporting pupils to access the curriculum effectively
* Assisting with lesson preparation and resource creation
* Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
* Experience delivering small group or intervention work
* Confident supporting literacy and numeracy development
* Ability to adapt learning to meet pupil needs
* Positive, proactive, and reliable approach
