The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Strategist to join our UK team, with a specific focus on supporting business development and pitch work.
This role sits at the intersection of research, insight, and new business, helping to shape the strategic foundation of our proposals. You’ll play a key role in turning briefs into compelling narratives by uncovering cultural insights, analysing audiences, and supporting the creation of pitch decks.
While not embedded directly within the creative team, you’ll work closely with strategy, creative, and partnerships to help bring ideas to life ensuring every proposal is grounded in culture, audience understanding, and platform relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Insight Development
- Conduct cultural, social, and competitor research to inform pitch responses
- Identify relevant trends, audience behaviours, and platform insights
- Support the development of clear, actionable insights from research
Business Development Support
- Assist in responding to client briefs and RFPs
- Help structure early-stage strategic thinking for proposals
- Support the development of pitch narratives and creative territories
Deck Building & Storytelling
- Build and format pitch decks, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong storytelling
- Contribute to writing insight-led slides and supporting copy
- Bring ideas to life visually through references, case studies, and examples
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and partnerships teams to gather inputs
- Support alignment across teams during the pitch process
- Take on feedback and iterate quickly in fast-paced pitch environments
Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay up to date with social platforms, creators, and cultural trends
- Build a strong understanding of the influencer and content landscape
- Contribute fresh references and inspiration to the wider team
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years experience in a strategy, planning, research, or agency role (or strong internship experience)
- A strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital culture
- Ability to gather and interpret research, with an eye for what’s relevant
- Strong Canva skills and attention to detail in deck building
- Clear written communication and confidence contributing to storytelling
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working on multiple pitches at once
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
