This is a senior strategic, yet tactical role suited to an employment lawyer looking to operate at an advisory level within a complex, international environment.
Based in West London with hybrid working, the role carries responsibility for shaping and overseeing employment‑law strategy across the UK and EU, alongside regular collaboration with senior stakeholders in the US. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in influencing governance, people‑policy frameworks and senior decision‑making across multiple jurisdictions.

- Ownership of employment‑law strategy and compliance frameworks on a global scale
- Trusted adviser to Directors and senior HR leadership to implement policies and framework
- Broad multi‑jurisdictional remit across the UK, EU and others
- Opportunity to lead on workforce transformation, ER strategy, organisational design and major people initiatives
- High visibility and genuine influence within a mission‑driven, innovative business
The ideal profile
- UK‑qualified solicitor with 8-10 years’ PQE in both private practice and in-house environments
- Deep expertise in UK employment law; EU experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of advising and influencing at senior stakeholder level
- Background supporting complex, multinational or highly regulated organisations
- Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder presence.
