Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and qualify potential customers for our business. This fully remote role involves using various channels and tools to build a strong sales pipeline and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads and target audiences
- Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Build and maintain a lead database
- Use CRM tools to track and manage lead interactions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize lead generation efforts
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Ensure compliance with UK data protection laws (GDPR)
- Prepare reports on lead generation metrics and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–4+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with email marketing and outreach tools
- Good analytical and research skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead generation
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or paid ads
- Understanding of sales funnels and buyer journeys
- Experience in industries like SaaS, marketing, or consulting
