How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured calling sessions during trial periods
    • Engage with senior stakeholders (C-suite) at investment banks and hedge funds
    • Support account management efforts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying risks and growth opportunities
    • Present updates on sales activity and performance in weekly team meetings
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

    Training & Development

You will participate in a structured SDR training programme designed to build core sales skills and financial market knowledge. Training is delivered through a combination of internal sessions and external workshops, with a focus on continuous development and success in consultative sales.

    Requirements

    • Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as business, economics, politics, or similar
    • Demonstrated interest in financial markets and current affairs
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Confident, articulate, and highly organised
    • Energetic, personable, and goal-driven with a strong desire to succeed
    • A growth mindset and willingness to learn consultative sales techniques
    • Basic understanding of market dynamics or economic principles
    • Ability to be in the London office 3-4 days per week

    What We’re Looking For

    • Self-motivated individuals with a strong drive to achieve targets
    • Candidates who are money-motivated and thrive in a performance-driven environment
    • Team players who are eager to contribute to a collaborative sales culture

    What We Offer

    • Base £34,000 - £40,000 OTE
    • Uncapped commission
    • Clear and rapid career progression opportunities
