We’re proud to be partnered with a prestigious US law firm that’s known for its supportive culture and commitment to providing exceptional client care. They’re currently seeking a proactive, robust, and pragmatic Legal PA to join their growing Corporate team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive diary and inbox management
- Supporting with travel arrangements
- Opening new clients and matters
- Handling billing and time recording
- Finance-related tasks
- Preparing and amending legal documents
- Client liaison
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years minimum experience as a Legal PA in a top City or US law firm
- A positive, can-do attitude and a warm, professional manner
- Robust, resilient and able to take strong direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment
