We are proud to be partnering with a leading Surveying consultancy who offer a comprehensive range of services to the housing sector. They are looking to appoint Domestic Energy Assessors on a temporary contract.
This contract has almost 300 residential properties to be assessed within a dense patch in Sheffield area, with the rates being: £31 per survey
The ideal candidate will have experience conducting EPC Assessments on residential homes and have a full UK driving license.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Producing EPC assessments on residential homes
- Must send all photos from the properties / assessment to the client via the software
- Conducting energy performance certificate assessments daily on the properties as well as, booking appointments and ensuring attendance within the due dates
- Ensuring all lodgements are completed correctly and efficiently through the clients account with Elmhurst
- Examining the property age, building type, number of windows and roof construction
- Taking pictures, measuring wall heights and creating floor plans of the building
- Giving practical advice to residents on how to improve energy efficiency
Experience required:
- Elmhurst Accredited
- Experience undertaking EPC Assessments on residential properties
