Slowear is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our store on King’s Road, London.

As a Sales Assistant, you will act as a true brand ambassador and an “all-rounder” within the store. You will play a key role on the shopfloor, driving sales performance, building your own client base, and supporting all aspects of daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and highly personalized service, creating meaningful and memorable client experiences.
- Proactively develop and manage your personal client book through outreach and consistent CRM activity.
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets with a strong commercial mindset.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the shopfloor is always aligned with brand standards.
- Provide hands-on support in daily operations, including stock management and overall store upkeep.
- Take initiative and contribute ideas to drive performance and enhance the client experience.
Profile
2–3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in a boutique environment.
Menswear experience is highly desirable.
Strong clienteling skills, with a proactive approach to CRM and client outreach.
Positive, “can-do” attitude with a practical and hands-on mindset.
Commercially driven, with a genuine interest in achieving and exceeding targets.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow within the role and the brand.
