I’m working with a leading global animal charity, who are looking to hire a Head of Data & Insights to play a critical role in delivering their ambitious global strategy.
This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you’ll drive the transformation of data capabilities across an international organisation.
You’ll lead a high-performing team, shape the organisation’s data strategy, and deliver the insights and platforms needed to increase impact, income, and operational effectiveness.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic leadership with strong technical and operational expertise. You’ll be expected to lead transformation, influence at senior level, and ensure data, technology, and business priorities are fully aligned.
The Head of Data & Insights will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and execution of the data strategy
- Managing and developing a high-performing team to deliver business value
- Driving adoption of data analytics, data science, and best practices across the organisation
- Overseeing cloud-based data platforms, including data warehousing, integrations (ETL), and analytics tools
- Leading technical change initiatives across systems such as Dynamics, PowerApps, and Fabric
- Ensuring strong data governance, data quality, and effective data management processes
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to align data capabilities with organisational goals
