Office Services Coordinator

We are working with a prestigious global law firm to recruit an experienced Office Services Coordinator for their London office.
This is a hands‑on, highly visible role supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a busy, fast‑paced corporate office. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership, delivers high service standards, and is ready to supervise two office/facilities assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day Office Services operations, ensuring service levels are consistently met
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and delivery services
- Oversee printing, scanning, and reprographics, stepping in hands‑on when required
- Conduct daily floor walks, identifying and resolving facilities or maintenance issues
- Maintain and monitor office equipment, including printers, photocopiers, and franking machines
- Support meeting rooms, AV setup, internal events, and office moves
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors, following up on actions and service delivery
- Support records management, archiving, and access control
- Assist with new starter inductions and general office onboarding
- Provide day‑to‑day supervision of Office Services Assistants, deputising for senior facilities support when needed
About You
- Proven experience in Office Services, Facilities, or Workplace Operations, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a hands‑on role
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused
- Strong communication skills with a service‑led mindset
- Comfortable acting as a central point of contact across the business
- Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
