The role:
- Partnering with managers on ER, performance, and absence
- Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding onwards
- Supporting payroll and HR processes
- Driving engagement, communication, and wellbeing initiatives
- Providing people data and insight to improve performance
About you:
- Solid generalist HR experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Confident dealing with managers and handling people challenges head-on
- Organised, proactive, and not afraid to get stuck in
