How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role


    The aim of the role is to build a strong and consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory. Using your sound knowledge of our company and business offering, you will research potential sales opportunities, and conduct high quality conversations with prospects through the phone (cold calling), email and LinkedIn Sales Nav. You will track and qualify both inbound and outbound leads within our CRM system. This is a target-based role, meeting daily KPIs, and booking meetings with prospects. You will collaborate with the Account Executives and strive towards meeting team sales targets.



    Role Responsibilities


    • Build a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory
    • Consistent and accurate use of the Sales toolkit including the CRM system to track and qualify inbound and outbound leads
    • Meet daily KPI’s and book in meetings with prospects
    • Conduct high quality conversations with prospects through various channels including phone calls, emails and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Collaborate with the Account Executives and continuously strive towards meeting team sales targets


    What we’re looking for


    • You will ideally have some previous sales experience ideally with a focus on tech.
    • You will have excellent communication skills as well relationship building abilities and an ability to be able to explain complex topics simply and concisely
    • Motivated in a target driven environment with a determination to succeed
    • Can demonstrate a positive outlook, resilience and the ability to motivate themselves and those around them.
