What You’ll Lead
- Firm‑wide operations across finance, HR, IT, compliance, facilities, and business support
- Budgeting, financial oversight, and profitability improvement
- Implementation of new systems, processes, and technology
- Operational strategy and continuous improvement
- People leadership, culture, and organisational development
What You Bring
- 8+ years in senior operations leadership (law firm experience strongly preferred)
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- Confidence overseeing IT, systems, and digital transformation
- Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams
- A strategic mindset with a hands‑on, solutions‑driven approach
