Leading and managing sales specifically in the Europe. Driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement.
The Head of Sales Europe will work closely within the commercial team and other departments to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives to maximise growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Europe and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by direct engagement with key accounts to drive market penetration within Europe.
- Identify and develop new end-user accounts within Europe and reduce the reliance on distribution companies.
- Market analysis and competitor monitoring to assess market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to ensure full understanding of the regional markets of Europe for LevertonHELM products.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative in identifying and implementing new commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate across departments to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Leverage internal resources to deliver high quality, on time, high value products and service to customers.
Knowledge, experience
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to drive sales performance and manage key customer relationships.
- Experience in international sales and distribution
