We are representing leading global trading firm is looking for a Crypto/Digital Assets Lawyer to join its London-based legal team, supporting a their fast-growing digital assets business.
This firm operates at the intersection of technology, trading, and innovation, deploying its own capital across global markets including crypto assets.
The Role
You’ll play a key role advising on legal and transactional matters within a sophisticated digital assets trading environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including digital asset trading agreements (on-exchange and OTC), lending agreements, technology and data licenses, and vendor contracts
- Leading legal support for complex transactions, including trading arrangements and strategic partnerships
- Advising stakeholders across the business throughout the full transaction lifecycle
- Supporting European entity management and corporate governance matters
- Collaborating with internal teams, external counsel, and counterparties on high-impact initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in the UK with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong background in digital asset / crypto-related transactional work
- Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks in crypto (advantageous but not essential)
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical teams
