A growing Building Services Consultancy is looking to strengthen its South-East team by recruiting an experienced Maintenance Plumber to support a portfolio of high-profile commercial clients across London and Essex. Additional sites may include retail developments, high-rise properties, and healthcare facilities.
Experience summary as a Maintenance Plumber
* Over 4+ years’ experience operating as a Maintenance Plumber or Commercial Plumber, delivering planned, reactive and modifications/upgrades
* Full UK driving licence
* Enhanced DBS checked
* Familiarity with water hygiene responsibilities including Sampling, Monitoring, Tank Cleans.
The Maintenance Plumber will be responsible for a range of duties to include:
* Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks including - deadlegs, pipework modifications, TMV installs, tank/cylinder replacements
* Maintaining site logbooks identifying additional work for site compliance
* Perform selected water hygiene duties
* Mentor junior members of the team
In return, the successful Maintenance Plumber will benefit from comprehensive training package, van, overtime and site bonus and will work to a 40-hour week with travel time included.
