Semiconductor Product Engineer – Semiconductor technology - Sheffield
A growing semiconductor scale-up is seeking a Semiconductor Product Engineer to support the ramp-up of cutting-edge sensing technology and drive new product introduction into volume manufacturing.
What you'll do as a Semiconductor Product Engineer:
* Lead NPI activities from concept through to production release
* Optimise yield and test coverage
* Analyse any issues and implement corrective actions related to yield
* Support failure analysis, RMAs, and non-conformance handling
* Act as primary liaison with OSAT partners
What we're looking for in a Semiconductor Product Engineer:
* Prior experience within a Semiconductor company as a Product Engineer
* Experience taking products through NPI processes to production
* Experience with yield and failure analysis
* Excellent communication across cross-functional teams
* Experience with wafer probe, final test, or characterisation
* Knowledge of sensor or photodiode technology
