The Role:
Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
Assessing, tracking and supporting pupil progress
Contributing positively to the English department and wider school community
Upholding high standards of behaviour and learning in line with school policies
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
