We are working with a friendly business who are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their team.

This is a really varied role where you’ll be involved in a bit of everything — from processing orders and speaking with customers, through to helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. It would suit someone organised, reliable and happy to get stuck in, with a genuine interest in developing and progressing.

Responsibilities of the Sales Co-ordinator:

* Processing customer orders and making sure everything runs smoothly

* Handling incoming calls and dealing with customer queries

* Managing online orders and keeping customers updated

* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams regarding stock and deliveries

* Dealing with any delivery issues such as delays or damages

* Supporting with stock planning and purchasing

* Keeping systems and product information up to date

* Assisting with general admin and office support

* Helping with deliveries, post and day-to-day coordination

Requirements of the Sales Co-ordinator:

* Previous experience in a sales support, admin or office-based role

* Comfortable using social media and supporting with online content where needed

* Good attention to detail and organisation skills

* Confident communication skills

* Comfortable using systems and learning new ones

* A proactive and hands-on approach

* Able to manage a busy and varied workload
