Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) Consultant to support the delivery of enterprise-scale billing solutions. This role requires strong hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Invoicing, with a solid understanding of end-to-end BRIM processes and data flows.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) solutions within a BRIM landscape
Work on end-to-end billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accurate integration across modules
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
Support implementation and optimisation of:
Billing and invoicing processes
Revenue accrual and financial postings
Bill cycle management and invoicing offsetting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SOM, Convergent Charging, and FI-CA
Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities
Ensure alignment with finance processes and downstream systems
Key Requirements
8-9 years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Convergent Invoicing
Experience working on at least 2-3 BRIM CI implementations
Solid understanding of end-to-end BRIM functional processes and data flows
Strong knowledge of:
Billing and invoicing processes
BITs (Billable Items) & CITs (Charged Items)
Posting Areas and FICA postings
Billing Requests and invoicing offsetting
Revenue accrual processes
Bill cycle configuration
Experience with usage-based and recurring billing scenarios
Basic understanding of FI-CA configuration and processes
Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams
Desirable Skills
SAP BRIM certification
Experience in large-scale transformation or consulting environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Additional Information
This role operates inside IR35, requiring compliance with UK contractor tax legislation
