We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Client Relations Administrator to join our growing team in Uxbridge initially on a six-month contract.
La Vida Golden Visas helps clients secure residency and citizenship through investment. With clients in over 160 countries and access to more than 18 programmes, we provide tailored solutions in a specialist, international market.
In this role, you will support our Client Relations team with day-to-day administration, document handling, client correspondence, record management, and general office coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining electronic documents and records
- Preparing forms, templates, and supporting paperwork
- Handling scanning, printing, filing, and courier arrangements
- Responding to emails and routine correspondence
- Supporting the wider Client Relations team with administrative tasks
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and care
- Managing the main switchboard and directing calls
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in administration, office support, or client services
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
