Anderson Knight Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established organisation to recruit a confident and proactive People Partner. This is a true generalist opportunity, supporting site-based HR operations within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This role offers excellent autonomy, with responsibility for managing HR activity across multiple locations. While you will act as the primary HR contact on-site, you’ll also be part of a wider HR function, ensuring access to ongoing support, collaboration, and professional development.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, pragmatic HR advice to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters
- Manage end-to-end HR casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with current UK employment legislation
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive business improvement and growth
- Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports as required
- Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites
About You
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with experience working autonomously
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident managing a varied and high-volume employee relations caseload independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Flexible and willing to travel across Scotland as required
- CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification (desirable)
