We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator (Surveyors)
Faversham, Kent | Full-time role, primarily based in our Faversham office | Salary circa £25–30k (DOE, with some flexibility for the right candidate)
We’re looking for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys variety, and wants to play a key role in how projects and administration are delivered, managed, and maintained.
This role would suit someone with experience in a coordination or project support role who is looking to develop further within a construction environment.
At Consult Construct, this isn’t just an admin role — you’ll be working closely within our surveying team, supporting project delivery, invoicing, WIP tracking, and tenders, reporting to the Technical Director, and supporting the wider business as required.

You’ll become embedded within our Building Surveying team, with real opportunity to grow and shape the role over time.
Faversham is well connected by mainline rail from across Kent and London; however, the office is located outside the town centre, so you’ll need to be able to reliably access the location on a daily basis.
