How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Customer Care Coordinator | Horsham Area | 3 Days WFH!


    I'm working with a niche, award winning, 5 star developer who are looking to add a Customer Care Coordinator to their team. Their office is based in the Horsham area, in which you're required to attend the office 2 days a week.


    About the Role:


    This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised customer service professional who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating multiple tasks, and delivering a first-class customer experience.


    You’ll act as a key point of contact for homeowners, managing customer queries and defects raised after completion, while working closely with internal teams, contractors, and site teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Manage incoming customer queries via phone, email, and online systems
    • Log and track defects and aftercare issues through to resolution
    • Coordinate contractor appointments and schedule remedial works
    • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments
    • Keep customers updated throughout the process
    • Handle complaints and escalations in a professional manner
    • Maintain accurate records and reports on all cases
    • Ensure service levels and response times are met


    Ideal Experience:


    • Previous experience in a Customer Care Coordinator, Customer Service, Repairs Coordinator, or similar role
    • Experience within housebuilding, property, housing, maintenance, or construction is highly desirable
    • Strong administrative and organisational skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Confident coordinating contractors, engineers, or field teams
    • Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple cases at once
    • COINS experience
