THE ROLE
- Own outbound engagement
- Build and qualify high-value partnership opportunities
- Create targeted, insight-led outreach campaigns across multiple channels
- Book commercially strong, well-qualified meetings for senior sales stakeholders
- Work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting
- Play a key role in shaping how the partnerships funnel scales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target high-potential intermediaries within defined segments
- Run personalised outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, phone)
- Engage prospects with a clear, credible value proposition
- Qualify opportunities based on client base, current providers, and fit
- Deliver high-quality handovers with full commercial context
- Build early-stage relationships with senior financial professionals
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track outreach performance
- Continuously test and improve messaging and conversion rates
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in an SDR, BDR, or client-facing sales role
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working to targets
Nice to have:
- Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Experience selling into intermediaries or regulated markets
- Understanding of pensions, employee benefits, or similar products
