Interim Finance Professional – Edinburgh

Behind the scenes, things are moving quickly—and that’s where you come in. Due to phenomenal growth, they are looking for an Interim Finance Professional to step into a key role within their Edinburgh team.
This is a hands-on position during a period of change, so it’s fast-paced, sometimes a bit chaotic, and perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy and can bring structure, clarity, and calm to a busy environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping financial records accurate, up to date, and under control
- Supporting cash flow forecasting and helping manage working capital
- Getting stuck into month-end and providing clear, useful variance analysis
- Working closely with different teams to make sure financial processes and controls hold up under pressure
What they’re looking for:
- A qualified finance professional with proven interim/contract experience
- Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and statutory reporting
- Someone who’s comfortable working independently and making things happen
- A clear communicator who can build relationships and keep stakeholders informed
