COMPANY PROFILE
Stratton Creber Commercial is a well-established firm of chartered surveyors with offices in Exeter, Plymouth and Truro and is the leading commercial property consultancy for Devon in terms of number of agency deals. The company also provides a full range of commercial property services including; agency, property management and valuation, to a wide range of clients.
Stratton Creber Commercial has an opening within its Exeter commercial property agency team, to work alongside current members of the team which handles sales, lettings and acquisitions in the industrial, office and retail sectors.
ROLE AND REQUIREMENTS
- To be a part of a team delivering commercial property transactional and advisory services to an established client base including corporate and private clients.
- To have a high degree of autonomy, with start to finish involvement in transactions and with responsibility for client relationships.
- To have a key role in business development, including networking and social events, social media and client entertainment.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Any candidates with the following skills and experience are encouraged to apply:-
- RICS Qualified or aiming for qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in the property advisory sector.
- Local/regional market knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Good social skills, particularly business networking.
- Good oral and written language skills, including report writing abilities.
- Sound numerical ability and IT skills.
Remuneration will be based on the candidate’s level of qualification and experience, and will include access to the company’s bonus scheme and contributory pension.
This is a full-time role, but part time remote or home working is available.
