About the Role
You will play a key role in the tendering and pre-construction process, working closely with operational, commercial and design teams to develop competitive project submissions.
Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed electrical cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and client documentation
- Liaising with design, commercial and operational teams to develop accurate proposals
- Supporting the full tender lifecycle from enquiry through to submission
- Ensuring estimates are technically robust and commercially competitive
- Managing multiple tender opportunities and submission deadlines
Required Skills
- Experience within infrastructure, utilities, energy or construction sectors
- Knowledge of 11kV electrical schemes (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
Pay range and compensation package
- Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
- 40-hour week with hybrid flexibility
- Working pattern typically 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
- Flexible working between office, home and site visits
