About The Role
Own the day-to-day presentation of the website to ensure products are surfaced in the most commercially effective and brand-aligned way.
Key Responsibilities
Product Visibility & Ordering
Own product ranking across:
- Collection pages
- Category pages
- Search results (where applicable)
Ensure high-performing and high-stock products are prioritised.
Actively de-prioritise:
- Out-of-stock products
- Fragmented size runs (“frag stock”)
Daily & Weekly Merchandising Hygiene
- Conduct daily checks on key trading pages
- Conduct weekly full merchandising sweeps across the site
Ensure:
- No dead products are being promoted
- Collections feel fresh and relevant
- Seasonal alignment is consistent
Merchandising Strategy Execution
Execute the approved merchandising framework set by the Senior eCom Manager.
Balance:
- Commercial performance
- Campaign priorities
- Brand storytelling
Image & Content Optimisation
- Manager lead image optimisation
- Run and report on A/B testing of imagery
- Continuously improve:
- Click-through rates
- Product engagement
Campaign Integration
Ensure campaigns are:
- Properly represented in collections
- Supported through product ordering and visibility
Work closely with:
- Marketing
- Creative
- eCom Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience , ideally in fashion and retail.
- A strong understanding of online trading and merchandising.
