We’re supporting a high-growth, globally distributed AI organisation as they scale rapidly across international markets. They are seeking an experienced Compensation & Total Rewards leader to own and evolve their global rewards strategy.
This is a senior, strategic, and hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for compensation across a complex, multi-country environment. The focus is on building scalable, globally consistent frameworks that remain competitive in fast-moving talent markets.
You will lead the development of compensation philosophy, job architecture, and levelling frameworks, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals. You’ll also own equity and incentive design, compensation cycles, and governance, introducing efficient, scalable processes and tooling. In addition, you will oversee global benefits strategy, balancing consistency with regional needs.
The ideal candidate brings experience in compensation or total rewards within high-growth, international technology environments, with a strong track record of building scalable systems. You’ll be analytical, hands-on, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous settings while influencing senior stakeholders.
