How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Head of Brand Marketing (Cleantech/Global Manufacturing)

A high‑growth cleantech scale‑up is seeking a visionary Head of Brand Marketing to define how the company shows up in the world. This organisation sits at the intersection of energy, transport, and AI — building an integrated hardware and software platform that connects cars, chargers, people, and energy providers to accelerate the transition to clean, affordable energy.

Operating across multiple countries and partnered with major automotive and energy brands, the business is entering a new phase of rapid expansion. Brand is seen as a strategic asset — central to customer trust, partner confidence, and employee pride. This role will shape a distinctive, trusted, and loved brand as the company scales globally.

This is more than a brand role. You’ll build a creative engine that scales — leading PR, design, web, and B2B marketing to deliver campaigns and assets that inspire, unify, and differentiate. You’ll own the brand strategy, evolve the identity, and ensure every touchpoint is aligned, credible, and emotionally engaging.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and evolve the brand strategy, identity, and creative direction.
    • Build scalable creative systems — toolkits, templates, and campaigns that accelerate delivery.
    • Lead PR and communications, including media relations, thought leadership, and reputation management.
    • Oversee design and creative production to ensure consistency and distinctiveness across all channels.
    • Guide website content and design strategy (technical execution supported by an in‑house developer).
    • Lead B2B marketing for dealerships, OEMs, retailers, wholesalers, and leasing partners.
    • Partner with Growth, Product, and Engagement teams to align brand storytelling with commercial outcomes.
    • Safeguard and grow brand trust across all external expressions.

    About You

    • Proven experience leading brand, creative, and B2B marketing in a fast‑growing business.
    • Strong creative vision with the ability to translate strategy into scalable assets and campaigns.
    • Experience managing PR, design, and creative functions.
    • Demonstrated success in B2B and partner marketing that drives sales enablement.
    • Deep understanding of visual identity systems, messaging, and tone of voice.
    • Skilled at balancing long‑term brand building with short‑term campaign needs.
    • Collaborative leader who can align creative, commercial, and technical teams.
    • Experience across web, digital, and campaign environments — ideally in tech or consumer sectors.

    What Success Looks Like

    • A clear, distinctive, and consistent brand across all touchpoints.
    • Increased brand trust, awareness, and preference.
    • Stronger B2B partner engagement and sales enablement.
    • Scalable creative output powering faster campaign delivery.
    • Positive media coverage and strengthened industry reputation.
    • A high‑performing, on‑brand website that drives engagement.

    Benefits

    • Competitive salary and bonus
    • Private health insurance
    • Pension scheme
    • Life assurance (4x salary)
    • Income protection
    • Ride to Work scheme
    • Season ticket loan
    • Eye test allowance
    • London‑based role, 4 days per week in the office
