Planning Associate
An opportunity has arisen for a Planning Solicitor (from 1 PQE) to join a highly regarded planning and environment team based outside London.
This is a strong opportunity for a specialist planning lawyer with an interest in major infrastructure, energy and large‑scale strategic residential projects. You will work closely with major housebuilders, developers operating across the residential, industrial and logistics sectors, and infrastructure providers, offering tactical and commercially focused advice on complex development schemes.
The team is recognised as one of the largest specialist planning practices outside London and is top tier ranked. Work is high quality and often high profile, involving nationally significant residential, commercial and industrial developments.
This role would suit someone ambitious about long‑term progression who is keen to build their career within a growing and well‑established planning team, benefiting from a genuinely collaborative environment and exposure to sophisticated work from an early stage.
What we are looking for
Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least 1 year PQE, specialising in planning law, and a genuine interest in complex development and infrastructure‑related work.
