How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    What you’ll be doing

Helping great brands grow faster by creating high-performing, visually compelling content across Amazon. You’ll be responsible for delivering best-in-class creative that not only looks great but drives conversion.

Working closely with our Head of Design and Performance teams, you’ll translate strategy into design - bringing listings to life through images, A+ content and brand storytelling that stands out in a competitive marketplace.

This role is ideal for a designer who cares about both aesthetics and performance - someone who wants to see their work directly impact sales and continuously improve it.

    Your day-to-day might include:

    • Designing high-quality Amazon briefs and creatives (listing images, A+, storefronts)
    • Executing visual concepts based on CRO and marketplace best practices
    • Supporting with copywriting and listing optimisation
    • Collaborating with account and performance teams to align on strategy
    • Iterating on creatives based on data (CTR, CVR, performance insights)
    • Maintaining consistency across brand assets and visual identity

    Who you are

You’re a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of what makes design convert, not just look good. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with others to bring ideas to life.

You’re proactive, open to feedback, and excited by the idea of improving your work through performance data. Whether you’ve worked in eCommerce, marketing, or creative roles before, you’re eager to develop your skills in a commercial, results-driven setting.

    Must-Have Skills
    • Strong graphic design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, composition)
    • Proficiency in Photoshop
    • Proficiency in Canva (not essential, can be taught)
    • Understanding of conversion-focused design principles (CRO mindset)
    • Ability to follow and apply brand guidelines across multiple assets
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work at pace
    • Good communication and collaboration skills
