How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Vice President of Sales (VP Sales)

    We are partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed Robotics & AI company to appoint a Vice President of Sales.


    Backed by a leading Global Venture Capital firm with a strong track record of scaling category-defining technology businesses, the company is operating at the intersection of robotics and developer tooling. It is experiencing rapid growth and early product-market fit within a highly technical customer base.


    This is a critical leadership hire, offering the opportunity to build and scale the commercial function from early traction to significant revenue scale.


    The Role


    This is a VP Sales/Revenue Leader role, responsible for building and scaling the company’s entire go-to-market and revenue engine.


    Working closely with the founders, the successful candidate will take the business from early-stage traction to scaled growth-owning customer acquisition, sales strategy, and revenue performance end-to-end.


    The role is ideally suited to a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to build from the ground up.


    Key Responsibilities


    Sales Leadership & Revenue Ownership

    • Own and drive all revenue metrics across the business
    • Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
    • Take the company from early traction to scaled adoption (100+ customers)
    • Build predictable and scalable revenue generation processes.


    Go-To-Market & Customer Acquisition

    • Enhance and scale the existing go-to-market playbook
    • Drive new customer acquisition across defined ICP segments
    • Lead initiatives to increase trials and conversion rates
    • Optimize lead qualification and funnel efficiency
    • Continuously refining messaging, positioning, and sales motion.


    Customer Engagement & Market Development

    • Engage directly with customers, particularly in technical environments
    • Build strong relationships across robotics companies and developers
    • Identify new market opportunities and expansion use cases
    • Travel across the US to meet clients and drive deal progression.


    Team Building & Scaling

    • Build and lead the sales organization from the ground up
    • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
    • Establish scalable processes and performance metrics
    • Transition from founder-led sales to a structured organization


    Candidate Profile


    Must-Have Experience

    • Proven experience in B2B sales within a high-growth startup
    • Track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
    • Experience building and scaling sales teams
    • Hands-on, execution-focused leadership style
    • Ability to work closely with founders


    Desirable Experience

    • Experience in robotics, AI, or developer tooling
    • Background in technical sales environments
    • Experience with product-led growth models
