How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

A high‑impact global pharmaceutical brand is entering a critical phase of growth - and the need for a modern, digitally enabled training ecosystem has never been greater. To accelerate this evolution, we are seeking a Global Training Lead to shape and deliver a future‑ready learning environment that elevates scientific fluency, strengthens customer‑facing capabilities and embeds launch excellence across global and affiliate teams. This is a fully remote role and Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences experience is essential.

    The Opportunity

As Global Training Lead, you will own and deliver the brand’s global launch‑readiness strategy, ensuring scientific accuracy, competitive relevance and alignment to commercial objectives. You will design and oversee high‑quality training across scientific, clinical, commercial and access domains—equipping teams with the confidence and capability to execute flawlessly at launch and throughout the product lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the global launch‑readiness strategy and ensure all learning content is medically accurate, compliant and globally accessible.
    • Own and enhance the Core Training Curriculum—from onboarding to advanced scientific capability development.
    • Deliver global Train‑the‑Trainer programmes, enabling affiliates to localise and deploy high‑impact learning.
    • Drive capability uplift for KAMs and MSLs through structured development pathways focused on scientific engagement and value‑based dialogue.
    • Collaborate with affiliates to diagnose skill gaps, co‑create development plans and maintain global‑to‑local alignment.
    • Lead the evolution of a digital learning ecosystem using tools such as Miro, Articulate 360, Synthesia and AI‑enabled content creation.
    • Champion best‑practice adoption of AI across global learning—supporting scalability, localisation and speed.
    • Oversee LMS governance, including certification pathways, analytics dashboards, automated workflows and global content repositories.
    • Deliver engaging training experiences across virtual, in‑person and hybrid formats in partnership with subject‑matter experts.
  • What You Bring

You must come from a pharmaceutical, biotech or broader life sciences organisation. Applications without this background cannot be considered.

    You will also bring:

    • Proven experience in a training‑focused role within pharma/biotech/life sciences (experience in cardiology, rare disease or specialty care is a plus).
    • Strong grounding in Learning & Organisational Development; CIPD or equivalent preferred.
    • Field‑facing experience (KAM, Sales or MSL) and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging learning experiences.
    • Experience working across multicultural, matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
    • Excellent project and budget management capability.
    • Fluency in English and strong proficiency across Microsoft tools and digital/AI‑enabled learning platforms (e.g., Miro, Qstream, Synthesia, Cornerstone).
    • Curiosity, scientific integrity, adaptability and a passion for digital innovation.
