You will be working closely with the Managing Director and one other Sales Valuer driving new instructions and managing these relationships from start to finish.
Ideally, you have experience Residential Sales or Lettings and you understand building successful relationships, working with a varied client base and you understand delivering an exceptional client journey.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Building relationships with sellers and buyers
- Generating new business opportunities through networking
- Providing expert advice on pricing, marketing strategies, and market conditions
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales where required
- Delivering a high-touch, consultative service in line with our brand values
- Experienced in Residential Sales or Lettings
- A track record of winning business
- Confident, personable, and highly professional
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to generating leads
- Based in Edinburgh or Scotland
