How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Dog Friendly Co. Is a fast scaling global DTC pet lifestyle brand redefining what premium looks like for modern dog owners. We are building a brand people want to follow, not just ads they scroll past.

We are hiring a Social Content Lead to own our organic content engine end to end. This includes strategy, content direction, creators, and turning attention into real business impact.

This role is for someone who understands how content actually works today. You know how to capture attention, how to build formats that scale, and how to turn social into a true growth channel.

    The Role

You will own organic content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels. You are responsible for growth, engagement, reach and the impact that content has on the business.

This is not a posting role.

This is ownership of the content engine.

    What You Will Do

    ·      Own the content strategy across all platforms including direction, formats, cadence and experimentation

    ·      Build repeatable content formats designed to capture attention and scale

    ·      Work with creators, editors, and videographers to produce high performing content consistently

    ·      Source and manage creators who can help us reach millions

    ·      Own the output of the channel from idea through to published content

    ·      Partner with influencer, creative and performance teams to amplify key moments

    ·      Turn attention into action by driving traffic and intent back to the website

    ·      Track and improve performance across reach, engagement, shares, saves, traffic and revenue impact

    ·      Stay ahead of trends, formats and platform shifts and translate them into execution quickly

    What We Are Looking For

    ·      Proven experience growing a brand or creator account through organic content

    ·      Deep understanding of how attention works across platforms

    ·      Strong creative judgment and the ability to break down why content performs

    ·      Experience working with creators or building content through others

    ·      Comfortable operating end to end from strategy through to execution

    ·      Highly accountable and able to move fast without constant direction

    ·      Clear interest in building a brand people care about, not just driving views

    Bonus

    ·      You create content yourself and understand what performs first hand

    ·      You have built or are building your own audience

    ·      You are comfortable being on camera when needed

    Why This Role Matters

    ·      Organic content is a core growth lever for Dog Friendly Co.

    ·      This role directly impacts brand, relevance, audience growth and revenue

    ·      You will have real ownership, real budget and the opportunity to build something at scale

    The Setup

    ·      Fully remote

    ·      High ownership and high expectations

    ·      Direct collaboration with leadership and creative teams

    ·      Opportunity to build the social content function from the ground up

    How to apply

Email your CV and a short cover letter to luka@dogfriendlyco.com

Applications without both will not be considered
