The Role
You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Re-mortgages
From instruction through to post-completion, you’ll manage files independently while delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage of the transaction.
What We’re Looking For
- A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx professional, or experienced Fee Earner
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding client service
- Experience using case management systems and confidence with legal technology
- A commercial mindset, with enthusiasm for networking and generating new business
