Weβre working with a well established membership organisation with an international reach, looking to hire a Membership Officer to support growth across their corporate and institutional membership base.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong B2B relationship management experience who enjoys a mix of account management and new business development.
π₯ As a Membership Officer, you will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional members
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring strong engagement and retention
- Drive new business through membership sales, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
- Manage the full membership lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity
- Work closely with internal teams to support membership strategy and delivery

- Experience in B2B sales and account management
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
