How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    🚀 We’re Hiring: D365 Technical & Functional Lead

We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong D365 Technical & Functional Lead who is passionate about designing high‑quality solutions and driving meaningful digital transformation.

You’ll thrive in a complex, fast‑paced environment, enjoy solving challenging problems, and take pride in delivering secure, scalable Dynamics 365 solutions that support AAT’s mission and customers.

As part of our Technology team, you’ll play a key role in helping AAT confidently transition from on‑premises CRM to cloud‑based Dynamics 365 CE and Insights, and then continue to innovate and evolve the platform.

    What will you be doing?

As a D365 Technical & Functional Lead, you’ll design, deliver and optimise end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams and external delivery partners.

You’ll support both the existing on‑premises CRM during the migration phase and the development of the new cloud‑based platform, ensuring stability, performance and security throughout.

    Major objectives

    • Design secure, scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 CE & Insights, Power Platform and Azure
    • Translate business and non‑functional requirements into robust technical designs
    • Lead D365 configuration, customisation and custom development
    • Support integration and data migration between D365 and connected enterprise systems
    • Provide technical leadership through the CRM migration and post‑go‑live optimisation
    • Maintain and support BAU operations for on‑prem CRM during transition
    • Work collaboratively in Agile delivery teams
    • Ensure solutions meet security, governance and data protection standards
    • Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and platform evolution
    • Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and share knowledge across the team

    What are we looking for?

    • Extensive hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Insights
    • Strong technical skills across Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure integrations
    • Experience delivering end‑to‑end D365 solutions in complex or enterprise environments
    • Proven experience supporting or migrating on‑prem CRM to cloud
    • Knowledge of solution architecture, ALM and Agile delivery
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills
    • Ability to take ownership, work proactively and influence technical direction

    We offer

Hybrid Working Model: 1–2 days in our Canary Wharf office.

Alternative working models will also be considered, must be UK based, with occasional travel to the Canary Wharf office.

Salary: ÂŁ65,000 - ÂŁ75,000 per annum, based on experience

Closing Date: The planned closing date for this role is 30 April 2026 at 17.00, however, we reserve the right to close the role earlier than planned.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to lead technically, influence platform strategy and play a key role in AAT’s digital future, we’d love to hear from you.
