Role: Customer Success Associate
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 + Benefits
I am looking for a technically-minded Customer Success Associate to support and develop relationships across our client base. This role is ideal for someone with an IT support or technical background who’s looking to move into a more customer-facing position.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers on day-to-day service matters
- Coordinate incidents and escalations with technical teams
- Support customer onboarding and service reviews
- Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement
- Build strong relationships and support long-term account growth
About you:
- Experience in an IT support or technical environment (e.g. Service desk, infrastructure support)
- Strong communication skills and an interest in customer-facing work
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or managed services
