Facilities Coordinator
Fully Office Based Westminster - 08-17.00/ 09.00- 18.00
Our client, a leading global trading company, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to join their fast-paced, high-performing team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly administratively and in the office while delivering an exceptional experience for employees and visitors alike.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning facilities requests end-to-end via Jira
- Coordinating vendors and overseeing building maintenance
- Managing post, deliveries, and loading bay activity
- Supporting office moves, setups, and day-to-day maintenance
- Administratively running booking systems and contractor access
- Managing access cards (joiners, leavers, troubleshooting)
- Coordinating couriers, e.g Addison Lee
- Supporting vendor management and procurement
What we're looking for:
- Positive, approachable, and highly customer-focused
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator who can engage at all levels
- Ability to work with internal systems ( facilities & contractor systems, plus MS Office)
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Happy to roll up your sleeves with the hands-on aspects of the role
