About the Role
You’ll take ownership of analytical activities, lead investigations, and support continuous improvement across the lab, with clear progression opportunities based on impact.
Responsibilities
- Act as SME across analytical techniques (HPLC/GC)
- Lead OOS/OOT investigations, root cause analysis, and QMS activities
- Manage analytical projects from initiation to reporting
- Interpret complex data and ensure GMP compliance
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, and scientific methodologies
- Experience in chromatography (HPLC/GC), including method development & validation
- Confident leading investigations and making independent decisions
Pay range and compensation package
Competitive salary & benefits - (£30,000 – £35,000)
