Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm
* Additional hours may be required as needed
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support department staff on a day-to-day basis
* Plan and manage departmental workload effectively
* Control and oversee calibration of equipment
* Complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and submit to customers
* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries (technical and build-related)
* Support and participate in customer audits
* Maintain and control customer specification registers
* Conduct process inspections including crimps and soldering
* Perform continuity testing where required
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar quality or manufacturing role (preferred)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Experience with measuring tools and inspection processes
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Computer literate
* Familiarity with IPC-620 standards (advantageous)
Additional Information
There will be a requirement to carry out testing using Cirrus and Analyzer equipment. Previous testing experience is desirable, however full training can be provided.
