The Role
You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components, working from engineering drawings with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Setting and operating CNC turning machines
* Producing components to tight tolerances
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Carrying out in-process inspection using standard measuring equipment
* Managing your own workload and ensuring production deadlines are met
* Maintaining a high standard of quality and housekeeping

* Proven experience as a CNC Turner (Setter/Operator)
* Strong understanding of machining principles and tolerances
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
